Tether's USDT stablecoin will be launched on the Bitcoin blockchain this month, backed by a project called Utexo. The initiative aims to support private USDT transfers, enable direct USDT-Bitcoin swaps, and offer loans secured by Bitcoin. Utexo is designed to enhance privacy by keeping most transaction data off Bitcoin’s public ledger. For more details, see the full report.
