Russia's Severstal has acquired Dmitrovsky Metal Center LLC, one of the largest metal centers in the Moscow region, to strengthen its pipe division. The company said the acquisition is expected to increase sales for Severstal Network by 700,000 tonnes annually, according to a report by RIA.
