LONDON, June 2024 – British Prime Minister said on Friday there are "serious indications" that Iran was likely involved in an incident at a U.S. Air Force base near Gloucestershire, but did not provide details on the evidence behind the assessment. He added that the investigation is ongoing.

Tehran denied the allegations.

The incident led to the arrest of five British nationals connected to suspicious vehicles and potential terrorist activity. All were released on bail but remain under investigation.
