Iran is not planning a new round of negotiations with the United States in New York, the Iranian state news agency IRNA reported on Monday.

Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian reiterated that the U.S. must fulfill the conditions of a memorandum to open the Strait of Hormuz.

Over the weekend, Axios reported, citing former President Donald Trump, that indirect U.S.-Iran talks would take place on Monday.
