BRUSSELS, Sept 26 (Reuters) - The European Union has warned member states of a potential energy price crisis linked to the Middle East conflict, Energy Commissioner Dan Jorgensen said on Thursday.

Jorgensen urged countries to consider demand reduction measures and to continue filling gas storage ahead of the winter season. He noted that regional gas storage levels were just over 70% full, below the seasonal norm of 86%.
