The Russian government will review the federal budget for 2027-2029 on September 24, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said. The projected deficit for 2027 is around 2% of GDP and is considered not to pose any risks. Measures have been taken from the budget policy side to enable the Central Bank to ease monetary policy, Siluanov added. He described the federal budget for 2027-2029 as challenging.
