The 15 members of the United Nations Security Council will meet on September 23 to discuss issues related to artificial intelligence and international security, the council said on Wednesday.

The meeting is being organized by France, which holds the presidency of the Security Council this month.

OpenAI Chief Executive Officer Sam Altman is scheduled to deliver a report at the session.
