Happy birthday, my love. If someone had told me that one day, the person who made my heart feel safe would become my husband, and that we would have a little life of our own to love, I don’t think I would have known how beautiful that could feel.
And yet, here we are.
Somewhere between all the conversations, the ordinary days, the difficult ones, the laughter, the quiet moments, and all the times we chose each other again and again, you became more than the person I fell in love with. You became my home. My husband. The hand I reach for without thinking. And now, the father of our little one, the person I get to watch love our child in ways that make my heart fall for you all over again. There is something so precious about growing beside you. About knowing that the life we once only imagined is now sitting right in front of us. A home, a marriage, a little family, and so many more chapters waiting to be written.
I hope, on your birthday, you can see yourself through my eyes for just a moment. You would see the man I am endlessly proud of. The man whose presence can quiet the loudest parts of my world. The man who has held me through my tired days, loved me through my complicated ones, and reminded me that I never have to carry everything alone. I wish I could give you back every bit of love you have given me and our little family, but even then, I don’t think it would ever be enough.
So instead, I’ll keep loving you in the ways I know how. I’ll keep standing beside you when the road gets long, celebrating every dream you chase, holding your hand through every change, and choosing you in all the little moments that make up a lifetime. Because if there is anything this life has taught me, it is that the most beautiful stories aren’t always the ones we plan. Sometimes, they are the ones we build slowly, with two hearts choosing each other and eventually, three hearts beating under the same roof.
Happy birthday to my husband, my love, and the father of our little one. May this year be gentle with your heart, generous with your dreams, and full of reasons to smile. And wherever life takes us next, I hope you know one thing will always remain certain:
I will be there. Loving you, choosing you, and growing old with you, one chapter, one ordinary day, and one beautiful moment at a time.
Happy birthday, Daniel. You are, and will always be, one of the most beautiful things life ever gave me. 🤍
Your lover,
Kehlany Bianchi
