As one exchange COO put it, investors are spooked by "Black Friday" flashbacks, an overcooked stock market, and the Fed's mixed signals. Basically, everyone's sitting on their hands.

🇬🇧 UK's big crypto power grab → The UK Treasury just announced plans to bring crypto firms under full FCA oversight by late 2027, moving way beyond basic AML. Not just red tape — a "structural shift" that treats crypto like TradFi.

The goal is to protect consumers and lure big firms. Heavier costs and compliance for startups may push innovation overseas, but the UK's betting that legitimacy is worth the squeeze.
