How is it all setup?

Currently, @donate supports two functions:
Collect donations from readers.
Create paid content channels through a subscription-like model.

Collecting donations.

Donations are a single payment that readers voluntarily give in support of a channel.

If readers enjoy the content, then there’s a good chance they’ll want to send the author a small sum of money as a thank you.

With the help of @donate, Telegram content creators can collect donations from their readers.

How can I integrate donations into my channel?

1. Connect the @donate bot by following these steps.

2. Create an invoice that has a button readers can tap in your free channel. (This step is also included in the step-by-step guide).

3. Tell your readers about how they can thank you by sending you donations via the bot.

Attention: Donations are not intended for paying for goods or services.

What do readers get from this system?

When content creators earn even a small income from their channels, they are motivated to bring better content to their readers.

Reward creators for their excellent content — they’ll be motivated to work that much harder to bring you high-quality content.
