A prestigious government-funded scholarship for international students planning to study in Ireland at the Master’s, Postgraduate Diploma, or PhD level. The programme is delivered by the Government of Ireland in partnership with Irish universities and administered by the Higher Education Authority (HEA).

What the Scholarship Covers

🔵 €10,000 stipend for one academic year
🔵 Full tuition fee waiver provided by the host university
🔵 Full-time study at NFQ Levels 9–10 (Master’s / Postgraduate Diploma / PhD)

Who Can Apply

🔵 Citizens of non-EU / non-EEA countries, including applicants from outside Switzerland and the UK
🔵 Applicants admitted to an Irish university for a Master’s, Postgraduate Diploma, or PhD
🔵 Candidates with a strong academic background and clear motivation to study in Ireland
🔵 Extracurricular experience (volunteering, politics, arts, sports) is an advantage
