🇺🇳 Economic Research Internship at the UN (New York)

The UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA) is a key center for analysis and global policymaking on sustainable development. Interns will work in the Economic Analysis and Policy Division (EAPD), which prepares the World Social Report and the UN Secretary-General's reports, and conducts research on macroeconomics, sustainable growth, and the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Key Duties

🔵Conducting research and analysis for UN reports on economic and social issues.
🔵Preparing literature reviews, drafts, and presentations on sustainable development topics.
🔵Data analysis and visualization using Stata, EViews, or R.
