The World Intellectual Property Organization’s Young Experts Program (YEP) is a 24-month, paid opportunity for early-career professionals passionate about intellectual property, innovation and sustainable development. Participants gain hands-on experience in an international environment, contribute to WIPO’s strategic initiatives and join a global network of IP experts.

Location:
• Geneva, Switzerland

Duration:
• 24 months (2026–2027)

Stipend & Benefits:
• CHF 5,000 per month
• Partial health-insurance coverage
• Visa and housing support

Eligibility Requirements:
• Under 35 years of age
• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Interest or background in intellectual property, innovation or creative industries
