📣 Internship at the UN in New York

The UN Department of Operational Support is inviting students and recent graduates to join its Performance and Analytics team—one of the UN’s most strategically focused divisions.

Duration: 3–6 months
Start: September 2025

Key intern responsibilities:

Participate in projects on strategic planning, digital transformation, organizational culture, and behavioral science

Prepare analytical materials, presentations, and briefing notes

Support process optimization, KPI development, and best-practices collection systems

Conduct surveys and focus groups; gather case studies and examples for publication

Assist with analytical projects: database maintenance, data visualization, and metric design

Manage information and knowledge dissemination within the department
