Avomind GmbH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern in Berlin starting May 2025. This role is open to students eligible for Erasmus+ grants and offers hands-on HR experience in a fast-growing company.

What you’ll do:

Source and screen candidates
Liaise with project and client managers
Conduct labor market research
Enhance the end-to-end candidate experience

Who we’re looking for:

Fluent English speaker (German is a plus)
Interest or background in HR/recruitment
Strong communication and analytical skills

Details:

Duration: up to 3 months
Format: on-site in Berlin with hybrid option
Eligible for Erasmus+ funding
