⚡️Global Management Program (GMP)

Fast Retailing invites students from all over the world to participate in the Global Management Program (GMP) 2025—a unique 6-day program held at the company’s headquarters in Tokyo.

This program gives participants the opportunity to gain insights into the global fashion retail industry, interact with business leaders and company experts, and develop leadership and teamwork skills in an international environment.

As part of GMP, participants will visit stores, conduct research, develop and present business cases to company management, and take part in team-building activities. The program includes mentorship from top executives, making it a unique platform for both professional and personal growth.

In addition, participants will be considered for future employment at Fast Retailing, one of the leading companies in the fashion industry.
