⚡MCW Global International Fellowship Program

This annual program, organized by MCW Global, is designed for young people aged 18 to 26 who are eager to implement projects in the fields of education, healthcare, and economic security.

The program consists of three key phases. It begins with a month-long community needs assessment, where participants study the issues in their local communities. This is followed by an intensive 10-day program in New York and Vermont, USA, where young leaders take part in workshops and develop action plans. The final part lasts 10 months and involves the implementation of these projects with support from alumni mentors.

Participation in the program is free: MCW Global covers travel, accommodation, and meals during the in-person phase.

The selection process includes applying with an essay, resume, and recommendation letters, followed by an interview for finalists.
