When I decided to study abroad, I was 18 years old and had just finished high school in my hometown in Russia. In the end, chose to rent an apartment with other students, which helped save money but significantly complicated the adaptation process.

When I arrived in Canada, everything was new and a bit scary. The weather, culture, and people were all different from what I knew. But the hardest part was adapting to the educational process.
