ABDUL EL-SAYED’S LONGTIME TIES TO SOROS FAMILY DRAW NEW ATTENTION

Jeffrey Soros, nephew of billionaire George Soros, said at a California fundraiser that he first met Abdul El-Sayed in 2012 while interviewing him for the Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowship for New Americans. Soros said the fellowship helped launch El-Sayed’s career and support his education. The event has drawn scrutiny over El-Sayed’s calls to get “money out of politics” while attending a high-dollar fundraiser hosted by the Soros family.
