Metro 2039 will not feature Russian language support. You can forget about subtitles altogether 💀
The game is already available for pre-order at $70, with the Deluxe Edition priced at $100. Steam page: store.steampowered.com/app/2590240/METRO_2039
As for the pre-order bonuses? Just the Specialist Pack, which includes three blueprints delivering early unlocks for unique, swappable backpack upgrades.
