STATEMENT FROM WRP & SPLASH ADMINS

Hello, everyone! Kami, para admin dari WRP dan Splash, ingin menyampaikan sikap kami terkait situasi yang sedang terjadi di WRP Communion.

Sebelumnya, kami ingin menegaskan bahwa kami tidak membenarkan apa yang terjadi dan kami tidak berada di pihak Belle dalam permasalahan ini. Setelah melalui diskusi dan pertimbangan bersama, kami telah sepakat untuk meminta Belle mengundurkan diri dari posisinya sebagai owner WRP Communion, terutama WRP dan SPLASH. Keputusan ini bukan sesuatu yang kami ambil secara terburu-buru, melainkan hasil dari berbagai pertimbangan dan pengalaman kami selama berada di dalam komunitas ini.

Kami juga merasa perlu meluruskan satu hal yang mungkin selama ini kurang terlihat dari luar. Memang benar bahwa secara kepemilikan WRP Communion berada di bawah Belle. Namun, dalam perjalanan WRP dan Splash selama beberapa tahun terakhir, kegiatan, pengembangan, branding, engagement, hingga upaya untuk mempertahankan dan membangun kembali komunitas ini sebagian besar dijalankan oleh para admin.

Ide-ide, program, aktivitas, maupun berbagai hal yang membuat WRP dan SPLASH tetap berjalan berasal dari kerja bersama para admin yang secara langsung mengurus komunitas setiap harinya. Belle sendiri tidak terlibat secara langsung dalam sebagian besar proses operasional dan kegiatan yang kami jalankan selama ini.

We are not saying this to claim that WRP Communion is ours, nor are we trying to erase the position of its owner. Kami hanya ingin memberikan konteks bahwa di balik sebuah “base” yang terlihat besar dari luar, ada orang-orang yang setiap harinya mengerjakan hal-hal kecil sampai besar agar komunitas tersebut tetap hidup. Dan bagi kami, orang-orang tersebut adalah para admin dan tentunya audience yang terus memilih untuk hadir, berpartisipasi, dan mendukung WRP Communion.

Karena itu, rasanya kurang adil apabila seluruh WRP Communion kemudian digeneralisasi berdasarkan tindakan satu pihak saja. WRP Communion is not solely defined by its owner. Ada banyak orang di dalamnya yang telah memberikan waktu, tenaga, ide, dan dedikasi untuk membangun apa yang ada sampai hari ini.

Kami menyadari bahwa sebagai admin, kami juga memiliki kekurangan dan mungkin pernah membuat keputusan yang tidak sempurna. Kami tidak bermaksud menempatkan diri sebagai pihak yang paling benar. Namun, kami percaya bahwa mengakui adanya kesalahan dan mengambil sikap terhadap sesuatu yang kami anggap tidak sejalan dengan nilai komunitas adalah bentuk tanggung jawab kami kepada audience.

Atas dasar itu, kami memilih untuk mengambil sikap dan tidak lagi berdiri di belakang Belle sebagai owner. Kami juga berharap keputusan ini tidak dilihat sebagai upaya untuk menjatuhkan seseorang, melainkan sebagai langkah yang menurut kami perlu diambil demi keberlangsungan komunitas dan orang-orang yang selama ini menjadi bagian di dalamnya.
Pada akhirnya, kami tidak tahu apakah setelah ini kami masih bisa mendapatkan kembali kepercayaan semua orang. Maybe we can, maybe we can't. But at least we know that we have tried to protect and fight for the community that we have spent so much time building.

Whatever happens next, we will take responsibility for our decision and face the consequences together.

#HotSplash Looks like the Splash Family knows how to throw a proper sick birthday party. They recently came together to celebrate Nate's special day, and with Kathrine, Daphne, Rosemary, Maaike, Vivianne, Cale, Amme, Halge, Ciya, Malakai, Duke, Rae, Esteban, and Kehlany all in attendance. You already know this wasn't going to be a quiet little celebration. Was it wholesome? Was it chaotic? Well, we'll let you decide. One thing we can say is that the Splash Family really pulled this one off at the very last second (literally just an hour before the day was over). So, a huge congratulations to everyone for making it happen.

#HotSplash This morning, Miwa was late arriving at the airport because she was busy looking for snacks, making Sera, who was already waiting, pout as soon as he saw her, even sending a picture of his annoyed face as a form of protest. Upon arriving in Rome, Miwa accompanied Sera to get a haircut, and after that, it was Sera's turn to accompany Miwa for a walk around Rome, enjoying the city atmosphere while eating ice cream along the way.

#HotSplash On a beautiful evening, Granger’s 32nd birthday unfolded into a little celebration with Lyviènne by his side. They spent the night over a cozy dinner and wandered through the evening with soft laughter and sweet little moments. Between birthday wishes and memories beneath the soft glow of the night, everything felt quietly magical, as though the moon had saved them a little corner just for themselves. 🌙♥️

#HotSplash Snippets of Rebecca and Julian between the shores and tides, basking in the lingering heat of summer. From collecting the most unique seashells to simply letting the afternoon unfold against the endless beach view, the day was spent in the sweetest kind of company. Perhaps memorable moments don’t always have to be avant-garde. Sometimes, all you ever is bare feet by the shore, and someone to sit beside while watching the sea glisten beneath the summer sun.

#HotSplash Sabina and Jude are getting ready together before heading out for a little café day, with outfit checks, last-minute touch-ups, and a few laughs along the way. Once they’re finally ready, it’s time to grab their things, find a cozy spot, order something good, and let the day unfold through easy conversations and shared moments. Nothing too extravagant, just good coffee, good company, and a whole day for Sabina and Jude to enjoy together.

#HotSplash To make the most of the summer before it slipped away, Vincent, Daphne, and Sariel decided to squeeze in one little family outing. Or, more accurately, Vincent was indulging Daphne’s dream of stepping into the wizarding world of Harry Potter, and Sariel’s wish of entering the colorful universe of Nintendo. Well, as long as his wife and son happy, right?

The two were spotted walking out of a bakery, sharing laughs and little moments of love as they held hands, stole kisses, and teased each other. They eventually decided to spend the rest of their day sitting on a bench, watching the boats drift along the canal, their lights shimmering across the water.

#HotSplash the time has come, after a long and busy day, Maaike and Brietta decided to take a late night walk together. Counting down hours to celebrate Maaike's birthday. ♥️

#HotSplash After scoring a goal with a Cold Celebration at Chelsea, London. Vikt and Joël embarked on their latest F1 date, securing VIP seats at the Paddock Club. They celebrated a great Race Day with the best affection, intense public attention, and surrounded by lots of media to document their moments. In this way, the request for a date that’s undertaken has been fulfilled with all the goodness as newlywed couple. Who wanna join next and have Race Day coffee? 👀💙

Fq was filming every random ass moment like it was about to blow up, Vise on the other hand kept throwing out dumb challenges just to clap back and win. They straight up swimming, chucking sand, complaining about the heat nonstop, racing to the water, and being loud as hell the whole time. Day was wild as it shouldn’t, but lowkey the best time ever

#HotSplash After spending the day strolling through the streets, Finneas and Rylian eventually decide to treat themselves to a fancy restaurant. They both know they can barely afford it, but somehow, that doesn’t stop them from walking inside like they belong there. Their wallets may be suffering, but at least they’re going to have a good time. For tonight, they decide to forget about being broke and pretend they’re living the luxurious life.
