Only serves to keep us stuck in the past...

Judgement
Aching hearts
And grief

Once we can find some meaning...
A reason
A higher purpose for our pain...
We can shift into the now
Into the pivotal point of creation
Into the momentum of self empowerment
Into the void of infinite possibility

It's a conscious choice to let go
To move forward
To break free
To detach from our story
To recreate our identity
And invite in change

Here we can look at our hand objectively
Can we accept that every hand is a winner
If we know how to play the game?

What serves us and why?
What disempowers us?
What fills us with self worth?
What expands our heart?
And ultimately what leads us to peace?

There is no such thing as random order...
Look at the perfect design in the world
Visible in every living organism
See how in nature life interacts
With the macrocosm in divine harmony?

It takes courage to let go of the past
To step boldly into the power of this moment
To get up off our knees and cross the bridge into freedom
To take accountability for how we are holding onto our hurt
Acknowledging it is ourselves keeping us bound in the shackles of pain

To understand the only thing holding us back from freedom is our minds...
The fear of how powerful we actually are
As creators of our world

We hold the power...
We always did
We were just taught not to use it

In the shallows it appears to be easier to blame and criticize others
Until we understand that by doing so, we are blatantly giving our power away...
Too afraid to dive into the depths of our souls

Letting go of the past is a choice...
Consciously choosing to release the mental chains
Keeping us bound in the slavery of our minds

Here a whole new world awaits...
A world of sovereignty
A world of freedom
A world of love
A world of trust

In each moment
We are free
To choose
