If triggered or people are trying to trigger in your space, you know how to dissipate these situations. Step into the higher heart and become the witness to what is arising, so the polarity swings can be brought back into alignment as information to why this is happening and what is behind it is the understanding needed to arrive at a better place of acceptance.

Stay grounded.
Stay discerning.
Stay connected to your own inner knowing.

And remember that you do not have to understand every energetic movement in order to honour what you are experiencing within yourself.

Protected
A regulated nervous system doesn't just attract what we want
It repels what we don't want.
Lower frequencies can't penetrate a coherent electromagnetic field.

Drama, chaos, toxic loops, patterns and situations won't be penetrating the upgraded broadcast.

Regulated Means:
There is less static in the field there is
frequency sovereignty. There is energetic protection.
This is you broadcasting your chosen signal

Something is moving and shifting-
Perhaps the better question isn't only
“What is happening out there?”

Perhaps it is:
“What is this bringing forward in me?”
