Whenever we get discouraged about our healing journey and think we're not progressing quickly enough or that it's futile, it's wise to remind ourselves that everything we do affects the collective. We're helping others, whether they see us consciously and are motivated, or even unconsciously because of our energetic impact. Our healing ripples outward. Our courage gives others permission. Our growth shifts the field. We may never know who we've touched, but we are touching them. No effort toward wholeness is wasted.
