Ascension begins with the discernment and mastery of the I. This means:
π Stopping the Feeding:
One becomes aware of the dynamics of energetic supply. Instead of feeding the Matrix through emotions such as fear, envy, or self-righteousness, this energy is retained within. Ascension is described as an energetic process; without this βsavedβ force, one remains on the lower steps of the staircase.
π Dissolving the Programs:
Mechanical behaviors are replaced by consciously directed will. Only here does a true free will emerge β one that is no longer merely a reaction to the stimuli of the Matrix.
