Обоснование: This STA uses information from grants 1174-EX-ST-2026, 1175-EX-ST-2026 and 1176-EX-ST-2026. This STA is necessary to authorize Starship Flight 15 vehicle communications launching from Starbase TX, and an additional power level for uplink frequencies 2056/2062 MHz for static beam and tracking beam use cases. Application includes a sub-orbital first stage booster and an orbital second stage. Trajectory data will be provided directly to NTIA, USAF, and NASA. Launch licensing authority is FAA Office of Commercial Space Transportation.
