An issue has been identified with withdrawal requests.
Users receiving the “Email is required!” error: Save your cryptocurrency withdrawal addresses to the “My Addresses” page and create a new withdrawal request. Select your registered cryptocurrency address from the “Contacts” section. Your withdrawal request will be processed without any problems.

An update is being made to allow withdrawals to be made without saving to the “My Addresses” page.
