The Russian Yaroslavl refinery "Slavneft-YANOS" has halted oil processing after an attack by Ukrainian drones, Reuters reports, citing four industry sources.

The strike damaged the AVT-3 primary processing unit with a capacity of about 17,100 tons per day, which accounts for roughly 40% of the plant's total capacity.
