Have you noticed how many people are afraid of people?...

Not in short: People's fear is often the flip side of a yearning for connection. It stems from hyper-connectivity without depth, past traumas, and perceiving others as a threat or source of judgment. Society encourages autonomy, but our nature demands belonging.

Acceptance here is not surrender, but a starting point. It's not about resigning yourself to fear, but about honestly acknowledging: "Yes, I'm afraid, and that's logical in modern conditions." Without this, the first step becomes a struggle against oneself, not against the barrier.

The solution lies in consciously reliving the experience. The goal is not to "become sociable," but to learn to choose connection despite fear. The shift happens when we:

1. Decode the threat: "This person isn't attacking me – they're probably just as focused on themselves."

2. Focus on action, not state: Not "stop being afraid," but "ask a question, maintain a conversation for 5 minutes." The brain switches from anxiety to the task.

3. Seek "our people" on a small scale: Quality is more important than quantity. One resonant conversation is more valuable than a dozen ritualistic ones. This reduces the pressure.

4. Perceive vulnerability as strength: The risk of being authentic is a filter that attracts those with whom fear subsides.

What's truly "cool" isn't when you're not afraid, but when, knowing your vulnerability, you consciously take the risk of being seen. Neurons reward us with dopamine not for empty communication, but for the feeling of meaningful connection. Evolutionarily, we are designed for cooperation – overcoming fear is a return to our effective nature.

The essence: Fear is that very sea of noise. A sea of noise in which you're afraid of drowning. A voice that screams: "Cast away by your own mind — drowning in a sea of noise.!" But the truth is, you're still on the ship. You are the ship. This noise is just radio interference. Adjust the volume. Take the helm. Every step towards another person is a stroke that takes you out of the storm into the calm of understanding. Cool isn't when the sea falls silent. Cool is when you sail on despite the roar of the waves. That's the reference that was in the voice in the previous video...
