US Secretary of State Rubio: "Star Shield is a completely different product. It involves a contract with the US military and has nothing to do with Ukraine. I know Ukraine wants access to Star Shield. Currently, it does not have such access. Ukraine requested it to strike deep into Russian territory, but so far access has not been granted. These are two completely different products."
