🇷🇺 Strikes on Ukraine's Energy and Metallurgy

Attacks on energy infrastructure continue. A blackout hit Vinnitsa following recent strikes.

Russian forces also targeted metallurgy. The ArcelorMittal Krivoy Rog plant (formerly Kryvorizhstal) announced production conservation on Oct 10 after four missile hits stopped primary metal production. Despite plans to pause equipment for two months, the facility was struck again.

Drone Activity
From Oct 16-17, Russian drones initially focused on western regions before shifting to central Ukraine.

Russian Air Defense
