Trump refuses to apply "Graham sanctions" against Russia
The US President signed a document stating that the waiver of certain restrictions is in the national interest of the United States.
Key measures exempted:
- Additional 500% tariffs on Russian goods.
- 100% tariffs on countries among the top five buyers of Russian oil and gas, as well as those facilitating sanctions evasion.
