Odessa Oblast: Strikes on railway and grid power

Zatishye (Razdelnaya district): A UAV hit traction substation EChE-24. The roof was damaged, causing a 350 m² oil fire. This disrupts 25 kV electric traction for railways.

Primorskoye (Izmail district): An explosive drone struck near the 110/35/10 kV substation. While main equipment survived, the blast damaged the relay protection and automation system (RZA), limiting safe operation of high-voltage transformers.

Chernomorsk: Power outages were recorded around midnight following an incident at an energy facility. Specific damage details are currently unconfirmed.
