🇺🇦 Strike on Kiev Energy Infrastructure

A combined missile attack targeted CHP-4 (TEC-4) in the Darnitsky district of Kiev. Sources report the use of 4 modified RM48U missiles (based on S-400 systems) for decoy purposes and 2 Iskander-M ballistic missiles.

Ukrainian air defenses intercepted two RM48U units, while four projectiles, including both Iskanders, reached the target. A residential building was also damaged, with fires being extinguished by rescue teams.

President Zelensky complained that despite intelligence warnings about new ballistic launches, partners failed to provide timely alerts regarding specific strikes, calling the situation "unfair" as energy facilities were destroyed without prior notice.
