🇷🇺💥🇺🇦 Massive strikes hit Kiev's energy facilities, the city is without power, and public transport has been disrupted.

- During the morning ballistic missile attack, the Russian army struck energy infrastructure in Kiev and the surrounding region, according to Mayor Klitschko.

- There are power outages in the capital. The threat of further ballistic missile strikes remains.

- Emergency power outages are affecting the Darnitsky, Dneprovsky, Pechersky, Solomensky districts, and parts of the Golosiyivsky district of the capital,** according to DTEK.

- Due to the strikes, public transport in several districts of Kiev, as well as Kiev City Express trains, have been suspended, authorities warn.
