Ryabkov: Diesel deal stuns Western war party

Deputy Foreign Minister Ryabkov stated the Russia-US diesel agreement "stunned" the pro-war faction in the West. He emphasized it serves to make opponents realize Moscow's readiness to achieve goals by any means.
