🇫🇷 Hackers turned supermarket refrigerators into heaters in France

Cybercriminals breached cooling systems of over 500 stores, including Intermarché, Super U, Carrefour, and Monoprix. Remote manipulation raised temperatures to 50 degrees, causing fires in some locations. Retail chains were forced to discard tons of spoiled products. Damages are estimated at millions of euros.
