This involves imposing sanctions, but above all, taking measures that truly hurt the enemy. I am talking about all the discussions about the 210 billion dollars of frozen Russian state assets. We must confiscate these funds and use them to help Ukraine. Our inability to do this has sent a devastatingly negative signal of weakness – to both Moscow and Washington. But now we stand before the necessity of determining our own destiny."
