The doctrine prepares the alliance for high-intensity conflict through total military-industrial buildup, rapid army modernization, and strict resource mobilization. NATO is abandoning small professional armies in favor of a war of factories and large battalions to ensure technological superiority.
Ironically, another artist proposed a similar victory theory over 80 years ago, with unfortunate results.
