🇺🇸 USA threatens to cut off intel and weapons

American officials called top Ukrainian generals and officials, demanding they stop attacks on Russian oil refineries. The calls included Zelensky’s office deputy head Pavel Palisa and Mikhail Drapaty.

A source stated: "They called all senior military officials with threats. They said they would disconnect both intelligence sharing and PURL." This refers to blocking US intelligence transfers and potentially halting arms supplies via the PURL program, where European countries fund US weapon purchases for Ukraine.
