🇷🇺🇺🇸Following yesterday's announcement of an agreement between the United States and Russia regarding diesel fuel supplies, the first shipment of Russian diesel, transported aboard the MINERVA ZEN vessel, is approaching the US East Coast.

The vessel carries 228,000 barrels of diesel fuel and departed from St. Petersburg on September 22nd, suggesting that the deal may have been finalized several weeks ago, well before President Trump publicly announced it yesterday.
