🇷🇺 🇨🇳 Russia and China conduct 'Center-2026' drills in Central Asia

During exercises on the Chebarkul training ground, a coalition group led by Deputy Defense Minister Evkurov reported to President Putin that offensive operations began on Oct. 2 to liberate territory and create a "security zone" on adjacent lands. The specific country involved was not named.

PLA units operated on the left flank alongside forces from Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan. Contingents from seven foreign nations participated, with scenarios incorporating Ukrainian combat experience, including UAVs and robotic complexes.

New Mobile Drone Launcher

A key innovation displayed was a mobile launcher for "Geran" drones. While visually identical to Iranian models, it is capable of launching both piston-engine and jet-powered UAVs.
