Russia aims to "switch off" internet in Ukraine?

A hypothesis suggests that recent strikes on certain targets may indicate the beginning or expansion of Russian attacks on communication infrastructure. Overlaying Ukrainian fiber-optic networks and known nodes reveals overlaps with data centers and aggregation points. These technically unremarkable objects can serve as traffic hubs or backup systems.

This is currently a correlation by location, not confirmed identification. However, repeated matches across multiple sites make this theory worthy of separate verification.
