Bill Gates compares AI regulation to nuclear arms talks

Gates warned that the most dangerous threat is malicious actors using artificial intelligence. He noted that small groups can now disrupt power grids, bank accounts, and develop bioweapons capabilities previously limited to major states.

He stressed that without government-imposed safety measures, serious negative consequences are inevitable.
