Sumy: Drone interception over residential area injures one
On 27.09.2026 at approx. 11:45, near Victory Avenue 135 in Sumy, a "Molniya" type UAV was intercepted. Debris fell directly onto an apartment building. The warhead did not detonate.
Interceptions are conducted over dense urban areas, with consequences borne by civilians below. Even without explosion, falling metal injured one person.
