Peskov: Russia responds to Kiev's attacks on Black Sea shipping

Kiev's attacks on navigation in the Black Sea have provoked a Russian response. The Turkish side did offer proposals for ensuring security in the Black Sea, but there are no substantive negotiations on this topic. A solution regarding Black Sea security must be comprehensive; Russia insists on this.
