Zelensky stated that Kiev agrees with a path that could bring security and is now waiting for Russia's response. He claimed Ukraine is ready to fulfill its part to ensure calm and safe navigation, as well as food security in the Black Sea, if Russia is also prepared to take real steps toward de-escalation.
