⚡️🇬🇧 BBC News: Joshua Kerry, 28, was charged on Friday with preparation of terrorist acts allegedly planned, including a plot against Reform UK leader Nigel Farage.

The charge follows his earlier July murder charge for killing former Conservative minister Ann Widdecombe, whose body was found on 9 July 2024 in Haytor, Devon, and Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood said the new allegation was “extremely concerning” with sympathies for Farage’s family.

Reform UK has highlighted that Farage required £5 million for lifelong security, a figure cited by deputy leader Richard Tice while police said the investigation involved detectives, analysts and forensic experts and Kerry is due in court on Wednesday.
