Most people see a swap as one click 🖱
But behind that ‘simple’ action – a whole system at work.

Routing, liquidity, confirmations, market movement – all happening in real time.

We broke it down in audio format – short, clear, and straight to the point.

🪙 $BTC closed the week up over 2%, holding above key levels, while $ETH and majors followed with steady gains.

Not BTC this week: privacy coins led with $ZEC up 40%+ and $DASH up 30%+, which is unusual for a clean trend and points more to rotation than fresh inflows, while the clear outlier was $RAVE with a +3246% move.

Based on previous cycles, once BTC stabilizes, capital tends to rotate into higher-risk assets, and select low caps start going vertical – exactly what we’re seeing now.

We’re not at the start of a full altseason yet, but the shift upward is becoming more noticeable, and it’s clearly adding optimism to the market 📈

Coin of the Week: Zcash ($ZEC) 📈

The market had a strong week, bringing some optimism back. $BTC reclaimed and held above $70K, and alts followed.

But this week, the spotlight shifted elsewhere:

$ZEC +57% on the week, $DASH over 40%

Privacy coins don’t usually lead in a clean uptrend, but this week was an exception.
Zcash is a privacy-focused asset powered by zero-knowledge proofs, enabling shielded transactions.

When coins like this start moving, it’s usually about capital rotating the market, not fresh inflows.
We’ve seen similar setups in late 2019 and early 2024, right before volatility picked up.

$BTC sets the trend, others follow.

Introduction to Web3: Simple Explanation 🌐

Web3 is the next stage of the internet, built on decentralization, blockchain, and token-based economies. Unlike Web2, where platforms are controlled by companies like Google or Meta, Web3 aims to give users ownership over their data.

To understand it better:
🔵 Web1 (1991–2004) – static websites, users just consumed content
🔵 Web2 (2004–present) – social platforms, user-generated content, but centralized control
🔵 Web3 – decentralized networks where users interact without intermediaries

The term Web3 was introduced by Gavin Wood in 2014, describing a blockchain-based internet. By 2021, the idea gained traction thanks to crypto adoption and institutional interest, including firms like Andreessen Horowitz.

Web3 aims to create trustless systems powered by code rather than centralized authorities, using technologies like blockchain, AI, and big data. Tokens and cryptocurrencies drive this new digital economy. While the concept is still evolving, it’s already reshaping how people think about ownership and control online.

So the real question is – do you see Web3 as the future of the internet, or just another hype cycle? 👇

$ETH staking via Lido – what actually changed

Most still see staking as locked capital, but liquid staking changed the model.

With Lido Finance, you stake $ETH and receive stETH – a liquid asset that keeps earning rewards while staying usable across the market. No validators, no hard lock-ups.

That’s why liquid staking became a core part of Ethereum’s ecosystem – more flexibility, more capital in motion.

We break down how it works in practice: staking, stETH mechanics, cross-chain moves, and unlocking liquidity when needed.

$BTC closed the week around +2.3%, $ETH and majors followed, and total market cap moved higher. Not a breakout, but clearly not the same market we had a week ago.

In previous cycles, when $BTC starts holding near range highs after prolonged compression, it tends to signal that supply is being absorbed rather than actively sold into.

It’s a subtle shift – but usually not a random one. What’s your read here? 👀

Top trending coins this week

$RIVER $KTA $NIGHT $CELO $ONT $ZEC $DEXE $ZBT $ARC $ABT

What stands out – no single narrative dominates.

We’re seeing a mix of:
privacy ($ZEC), infrastructure ($CELO, $ONT), and niche ecosystem plays ($DEXE, $ARC).
This kind of dispersion typically shows up during transitional phases, when capital rotates but hasn’t fully committed to a clear trend yet.

You can swap any of these, along with 2800+ other assets, on SimpleSwap right away

Top swaps on SimpleSwap – what real flow says about the market 📊

$ETH
Consistent activity on both sides. Not a breakout yet, but clear accumulation patterns are forming beneath the surface.
$XMR
Quiet but steady demand. Typically shows up when users prioritize privacy and self-custody – often during uncertain or fragmented market phases.
$GETH
More niche, but notable flows. Points to growing interest in ETH-aligned infrastructure and alternative exposure routes.
$USDT
Still the main liquidity hub. A lot of swaps route through stables – classic ‘wait and react’ positioning.
$BTC
Remains the anchor, but mostly range-bound. Flow suggests rotation, not strong directional conviction.

What stands out: this looks like a transitional phase.

ETH behavior mirrors late 2023 before broader momentum picked up, while Monero activity tends to increase during fragmented markets – often before volatility expands.

Capital isn’t leaving. It’s waiting. These phases don’t last long.

A solid take from The Block on why 'boring' infrastructure will shape crypto’s next decade.

The focus shifts away from hype to what actually matters: liquidity routing, execution, and reliable settlement across networks.

What looks simple on the surface is powered by systems working behind the scenes to make swaps happen under real market conditions.

Most of the move came on Sunday – for both Bitcoin and the broader altcoin market – right ahead of the weekly close. The $65,000 level now acts as the nearest confirmed support for $BTC.

We’ve already seen a strong reaction from this level, with a solid bounce to the upside. The key question now is whether $BTC can build on this move – or if it turns into yet another continuation of the range.

Where do you think the market is headed this week?

$M – Coin of the Week

While Bitcoin is still moving sideways, $M stands out – the only memecoin in the top 100 in the green this week.

That kind of relative strength is rarely random.

We’ve seen similar setups before. In late 2023, it wasn’t just one coin – a whole group of memecoins started outperforming while BTC was still ranging.

Right now, it’s just one name – which makes it more of an early signal than a confirmed trend. The key is to watch whether this expands into a broader move.

Memecoins don’t lead on fundamentals – they lead on market sentiment.

Same setup now: BTC in a range, market undecided, first signs of activity on the edges.

While the market is still figuring out its direction, you can swap seamlessly on SimpleSwap – with over 3.2M crypto pairs available.

Is Monero Traceable or Truly Private? 👀

Monero is often described as ‘untraceable’ – but is that actually true?

• On-chain, transactions are designed to hide sender, receiver, and amount
• Compared to Bitcoin, visibility is significantly lower
• But real-world tracking often happens off-chain – through KYC, wallets, and user behavior

So the real question is: what layer are we talking about?

👉 Let’s break it down in our latest Blog article
SimpleSwap Blog - Is Monero Traceable or Truly Private? The Truth Behind Monero’s Anonymity - SimpleSwap Blog Introduction Monero gets marketed as “untraceable,” yet every year brings new headlines hinting that investigators and blockchain analytics firms are closing the gap. The real question in 2026 is more practical: is Monero traceable in any meaningful sense…

Since late January, $BTC has been trading in a fairly tight range and still hasn’t managed to break and hold above $80K.

The new week is starting with a bounce, but it’s still too early to call this a sustained move.

What stands out more is the on-chain divergence: wallets holding 100+ $BTC increased by 753 over the past 3 months (+3.9%), while price fell 20.2% over the same period.
That kind of divergence is hard to ignore.

Where do you think the market is headed this week? 👀

$ZANO – Get 40% Off Swap Fees

Launched in 2019, Zano has been steadily building in the privacy-focused segment – without chasing hype, but consistently improving its tech and ecosystem.

Now it’s back in focus.

The latest Hard Fork 6 (HF6) marks one of the biggest upgrades for the network so far, introducing gateway addresses and pushing Zano closer to broader adoption and real-world usability.

📊 The market is reacting: +57.28% (7d)
Still well below its ATH of $18.18 – but momentum is clearly building again.

Zano has always positioned itself around privacy, scalability, and practical use cases. With HF6 live, the infrastructure side is catching up with that vision – and that’s where things start to get interesting.

So the question is:
is this just a short-term move – or the beginning of a larger trend? 👀

⚡ To support the momentum, we’ve lowered fees by 40% for ZANO swaps in pairs with $USDT and $USDC – both directions, buy or sell.

👉 Swap ZANO now and make the most of the current move.
