- in case of incident people have almost standard flow: get the overview of the situation and what has been changed
- AI can prepare that overview and save some time to meet SLA
- AI can generate post morterm from chats, logs, repos
- under the hood MCP is used because it’s kind of standard & can safe time for dev
- ai prepare overviews and possible actions, but humans decide
